IPS Leasing Pte Ltd, was incorporated in Singapore to conduct leasing of Industrial and Infrastructure Equipment and provision of services

IPS Technologies formed a new Joint Venture, IPS Securex Pty Ltd with two Australian partners in Brisbane, Australia to distribute Hi-Tech Security products. Initially the company will focus on distribution of Anti Graffiti Detectors, Video Torchlight and Intruder Detectors in Australia and New Zealand.

Perfex International leased additional factory space of 6,000sq ft to ease the production capacity at its main production premises at 82 Tuas Avenue 11.
