IPS forms a joint venture with Silver Wings Holding Company Ltd (“SW”) to manufacture and distribute generator sets with the EUROPOWER brand name. Our partner, SW, is a company 
registered in Hong kong with various subsidiaries and offices in China distributing industrial and marine engines, and generators. Cummins engine generator is among the well establised brand that it carries.

This joint venture provides both parties a common platform to expand our presence in the fast growing markets in Asia and Africa through our appointed sales and service dealers.

The complementary strength of each partner will enhance EUROPOWER position to gain a stronger foothold in the power generation market.
