August 2007 - Europower Technology is born

The Group forms a joint venture with Silver Wings Holding Company Ltd.

This joint venture provides both partners a common platform to expand our presence in the fast growing markets in Asia and Africa through our appointed sales and service dealers. The complementary strength of each partner will enhance EUROPOWER position to gain a stronger foothold in the power generation market.
